Part II – Information Processed by Independent Contractors or Providers on Our Behalf

Access is limited to specific individuals and is logged to ensure security. Our employees may also access data you share with us for technical support or data import into our products or services. We stringently enforce privacy safeguards within BDM NETWORK.

Retention of Information

We retain the data in your account as long as you use BDM NETWORK Services. Upon termination of your BDM NETWORK user account, your data will be deleted from our active database in the next scheduled clean-up, occurring every 6 months. Data removed from the active database will be deleted from backups after an additional 3 months.

Data Subject Requests

If you are in the European Economic Area and believe we process your information on behalf of one of our customers, you can contact us for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or export of your personal data.

Part III – General

Children’s Personal Information

BDM NETWORK’s products and services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will remove the information from our records.

Information Security

We prioritize the security of your information at BDM NETWORK. We have implemented comprehensive administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information.
