Music Distribution Application

Thank you for your interest in distributing your music with BDM Network. As a white-label music distribution platform, we primarily work with music distributors rather than directly with individual artists or labels. However, we occasionally make exceptions for end users who demonstrate strong potential.

If your application is accepted, you'll receive the same distribution agreement as our distributor partners, giving you access to over 220 digital stores, monthly payments, and fast delivery to these platforms. Please note that our selection process is competitive. Even if your application is not chosen, you can still benefit from our services by working with one of our trusted partners.

About You

In this section, we will collect important legal information to confirm your identity and ensure we know who we are working with. It is essential that all the details you provide here match the information on your official identification documents, as this will be used for contract purposes and future communication. Accuracy is crucial to avoid any delays or issues during the onboarding process. Please double-check all the information before proceeding to the next section.

About Artists/Label

In this section, we will collect information about the artist or label you represent. Please provide accurate details along with official links and supporting documentation to verify your authority to represent them. This can include contracts, authorization letters, or any legal proof that confirms your role. Proper verification is essential for us to move forward with your application and ensure a smooth distribution process.

Provide Proof of Artist Representation

This is a crucial step in your application. Without verification that you represent the artist, we will be unable to process your submission. To prove your representation, you can upload screenshots from platforms such as Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, or Deezer Backstage. If you do not have access to these services, you can alternatively provide screenshots from your current distributor’s dashboard, clearly showing that you manage the distribution for this artist.

Provide Proof of Artist Representation

Since you are unable to provide proof of representation for this artist, we will not be able to process your application. As such, there is no need to complete the rest of this form, as applications without proper verification cannot be considered.

We Do Not Accept Labels Without Experience

Unfortunately, as your label does not have prior experience working with DSPs, we are unable to proceed with your application. We require our labels to have a solid understanding of how to work with digital stores and streaming services, including knowledge of the requirements and guidelines for distributing music.
